5 years-old!!! Its really hard to believe that my little Bo-bo is 5 today! He was so excited for this birthday... He came upsatirs this morning and asked if he could go to Max and Cooper's school now that he was 5- why do they want to grow up so fast? I had to put this picture up b/c this is Brody's favorite picture of himself b/c it has 3 Brody's. Last night I was feeling under the weather. like in my PJ's and in bed at 5pm so as can happen when you are not feeling well each kid took their turn coming in, Max wanted to know what was wrong, Cooper asked if a hug would make me feel better, Ivy wanted her jammies on so we could cuddle and Brody came in and told me a story. The story he told me was about how he got here from heaven. In Brody's version of events he came down from heaven on a lot of stairs and where there were no stairs he jumped from cloud to cloud and when he got to the house he liked best he came in and said "Here I am, my name is Brody!" I remember things a bit differently but I will say his version is better and I wanted to be sure to have it written down somewhere. Brody is my buddy we have the most interesting talks and he loves to be my helper, he is such an energetic little guy - he seems to be bursting with activity. He is always happy! He loves his brothers and sister- he adores Cooper though that quite annoys Cooper we have to remind Coop to be patient and that Brody just thinks he's the best and that that is a nice thing. Brody is always trying to be funny but I guess being number 3 in a family of 5 you have to make your mark any way you can. Brody just has so much spirit in his little body, when he stops for a hug it is tight, when he gives you five it must involve jumping, when he wants to cuddle it always includes a blanket. He is so creative and plays the most involved make believe- its often hard to keep up with what he's got going on. He is such a fun-lovin' little guy and as sad as I am to say today he turned 5 years old I am excited to watch him grow... I just know we are going to have a lot of fun with this one!
