Waiting for summer

So after a whirlwind weekend of visiting family we have come home and back to reality. Big M went back to school today and came home after to declare he wishes it were still holidays and that it could be Christmas again and though it is so much work to get everything ready and December is the busiest month of the year and I felt a little stressed this year - I agree - Christmas is so much fun and I wish it weren't some 350 days away. But now that Christmas is all cleaned up; now for what I consider the hardest time of the year- the wait until camping season. A friend of mine told me today that she is ready to go in April and asked if I was "in"- I laughed quite hard and told her no - not that much of a camper. I only go b/c I have boys (hubby included) and the stipulation to my attendance- a bathroom, heater and a TV not for me but little ones who rise with the sun! We have so much fun camping and now we are on the count down - yes we are counting down to like June! Winter is so blah!
